We aim to make product descriptions, sizes and prices accurate. Images are for illustration and packaging may vary. Information on this website is general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Clydebank Peptides does not provide personalised medical advice. Always read the information supplied with a product before use.
4. Quotes
- A quote request is an invitation for us to provide a quote. A quote is not a binding order, and requesting one does not commit you to buy.
- We may decline any quote request or order, or ask for further information, before supplying.
- Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 7 days if no period is stated, and are subject to availability.
5. Orders and contract
A contract between you and us is formed only when we confirm in writing that we accept your order and we have received your payment in full in cleared funds. If we cannot supply your order after payment, we will tell you and refund you in full.
6. Prices and payment
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown separately on your quote.
- Payment is by bank transfer to the account given on your confirmed quote. We will never ask you to pay into a different account by phone or message.
- If a price on the website or a quote is obviously wrong, we will contact you before accepting your order.
7. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery, your right to cancel and how to return goods are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Subject to this, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

The Clydebank Peptides name, logo and website content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
11. Law and courts
These terms are governed by Scots law, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
